RW INTERIORS on the move.....
I am writing this from Smythe Park which is near Jane Street just south of Eglinton Avenue in Toronto. Visiting Smythe Park is like going back in time. The entrance is a long curving driveway surrounded on both sides by huge trees. At the end of the driveway is a clearing with a large outdoor pool.
As many of you know, my son is a competitive swimmer and for the month of July his team trains early every morning at this pool. The kids shriek as they hit the cold water early in the morning and slice their way through the water from one end to the other with great purpose.
I sit on the grass watching them and reflect back in time 6 years when RW INTERIORS was established. As of June 30 I have closed the business here in Canada and in August, RW INTERIORS is relocating to Dubai, U.A.E. Establishing and running a business is very much like swimming. You have a plan, jump in with both feet, sometimes you feel like you are drowning but somehow always get to the other end and back. Sometimes the water is cold so you swim faster. But in the end, it is the goals, accomplishments and wonderful people you meet along that way that makes it all worthwhile.
I am sad to be saying "so long for now" to all of my wonderful clients and suppliers. Over the past 6 years each of you have enriched my life in many ways. You can still reach me at info@rwinteriors.com
